Using our website
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is simple. Find the item you would like to buy, and click the 'Add to Cart' button beside it. After doing this for any more items you want to purchase proceed to the checkout. Our shopping cart software will calculate the postage cost based on your town, and after filling in your details you will be redirected to the payment page.
Why can't I see the postage calculator?
If you receive an error when checking the postage on an item, or you cannot see the postage calculator (click here to see what it should look like), then you may need to update your computer. Click here to get the appropriate update.
Is buying online safe?
Yes, buying online is very safe! When paying by credit card an 128bit SSL connection is used to be sure your information is safe and secure at all times. 128bit SSL encryption is the system that is used by all reputable e-Commerce sites. We DO NOT store your credit card information.


Postage / Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped out twice a week, via Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. Delivery times vary between towns, but you will usually have your item within 5-10 working days after your payment is verified.
International orders
We deal with international orders on a case-by-case basis. Send an email to sales@nanny-annie.com with the details of: where it will be going to, what product you are interested in, and how many you would like. Please be aware that in some circumstances it can cost more for postage than for the actual item.
