Underneath the 'Add to cart' button you will see 'calculate shipping'

Type in your Quantity and Post Code, then click 'Calculate'

This will automatically calculate your shipping and display the shipping cost to your area.

Unfortunately not. However our posting times are very quick.

We use Australia Post and FastWay couriers.

What countries do you ship to?

We only service within Australia.

My tracking number says invalid. Why?

This would normally mean the Australia Post servers have not been updated.

Presale
What is a pre-sale?

Products go on the presale for the upcoming shipments. Due to the high demand for our Products, they are sold out even before the shipment arrives. So it is best to place an order sooner than later to avoid missing out.

How do I know if my product has arrived?

Product shipments usually arrives within a couple of days (plus or minus) of the advertised date. Once the products are unloaded and become available, we will notify you via email and SMS.
