COVID-19 Notice


Nanny Annie Pty Ltd wants our customers to feel confident about the efforts we are taking to comply with the Government requirements in regard to COVID-19 (coronavirus).

Health and safety remain our top priority and we have proactively taken actions as part of our overall business continuity. This, however, hasn't slowed our operations. Our infrastructure, sales, and customer support teams will remain fully operational and can do their jobs remotely as needed.

With consideration for the increasing number of reported illnesses, we have put in place temporary measures to only one store staff per day to serve in store customers. We still have our regular remotely working staff to help in handling calls and emails.

Many of our couriers are continuing to operate and deliveries are still taking place.However, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes, we're experiencing delivery delays with Australia Post & Fastway services at the moment,
